EXEPSI SUTAN IS REJECTED

The case of ESDM Ministry of Justice and SKK Migas Sutan Bhatoegana participated in an advanced hearing with a breakdown agenda in the Corruption Pidana Court, Jakarta, Monday (27/4). In the hearing, the judiction of the judge rejects the exepsi of the former Chairman of the Commission of VII DPR as well as ordered the general prosecutor to continue the examination of the matter.
