EXEPSI FORMER CHAIRMAN OF THE PALU DEMOCRAT WAS REJECTED

Former Chairman of the Branch Leader Council (DPC) the Democratic Party of the Palu City, Yos Sudarso Mardjuni who became the case of the alleged corruption of the financial aid of political parties, undergoing an advanced hearing with the agenda of the judgment as in the Palu Tipikor Court, Central Sulawesi, Monday (11/5). The Judgment of the Palu Tipikor Court decided to reject exepsi or objection of the underlying party and proceeding the check process of the case of the alleged crime of corruption of the financial aid of political parties sourced from APBD to DPC Democrats of the Palu City that harms the country’s finance to hundreds of million rupiahs that proceed to witness examination.
