COW MILK CHEESE INDUSTRY
A worker moistens the beam cheese processed from cow milk in Indrakila cheese plant, Karanggeneng, Boyolali, Central Java, Thursday (21/5). In a day workers can process 800 liters - 1,000 liters of milk per day to be processed into cheese, sold at Rp. 90 thousand per kg, which has been sold in some areas on the island of Java and Bali.
