RICE TAPE IPB

IPB researcher conducts analog rice packaging, one of the imitation rice created IPB in Food Laboratory, IPB Dramaga Campus, Bogor, Jabar, Wednesday (27/5). The imitation rice made from local flour other than rice and wheat such as corn, sorghum flour, sago, umbi-umbian which has a nutritional value is almost equivalent to the original rice so that it can reduce the dependence of society against rice from rice that the demand is much increased.
