SEMARANG, 9/12 - DANA PNPM. The appointment of the Community Empowerment Forum (BKM) extends the banner when pointing to the sense of demanding the DPRD City Semarang to agree to the grant of the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) Mandiri City Semarang in 2008 at Rp35 billion, in the City Hall Semarang, Tuesday (9/12). The DPRD of Semarang has not been able to consent to the grant of the assistance of PNPM because there is a rule, which is Law No 1 of 2004 on the State and PP 7/2008 of the deconcentration funds and assistance.
