SURABAYA, 10/12 - DIFABEL. A number of difabels (special necessity) with wheelchairs performing ongmarch when the action of the World’s Human Rights Day in Surabaya, Wednesday (10/12). The action followed by dozens of difabels, supporting the United Nations Disabilities Rights Convention to promote the rights of the assemblies of defects in Indonesia.
