JAKARTA, 11/12 - TEST PILPRES. Fajroel Rahman and a number of other citizens filed a materiall test law against Law No. 42/2008 concerning Pilpres’s elections as it considered the right to choose and selected it was not inadequated by the Law so it was assessed against the Constitution 1945.
