A number of Polri teen officers cast flowers into the air after being ruled by President Joko Widodo at the Prasetya Perwira ceremony (Praspa) TNI-Polri 2015 in Bhayangkara Police Academy (Akpol) Semarang, Jateng, Thursday (30/7).
