Asops Kasal Laksamana Young TNI Arie Henrycus Sembiring (left) did a command greeting with the United States Navy Commander of the Task Force 73 Laksaman Young Charlie Williams (right) at the opening of Joint Exercise (Latma) Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2015 in Surabaya, East Java, Monday (3/8). The joint exercise conducted by the Indonesian Navy TNI with the United States Navy to strengthen the second bilateral relationship of the country also provides positive impact in maintaining the stability of security in Southeast Asia.
