MODIFIED ARTIFICIAL RAIN IN CALCBAR

A number of TNI AU members transport dozens of bags containing salt into Cassa 212 aircraft bodies before the implementation of Weather Modification Technology (TMC) in Lanud Supadio, Kubu Raya Regency, Kalbar, Tuesday (11/8). Kalbar Provincial Government along the Research Agency and Implementation of Technology (BPPT) and TNI AU conducts TMC to suspend land and forest fire smoke disasters that occur in several districts in the Kalbar region such as Landak, Sanggau, Kapuas Hulu, Ketapang and Sintang.
