MELON PRODUCTION INCREASED

Petani harvested melon fruit to be sent to Jakarta and Bali at Rp5,000 per kilogram in Geneng village, Ngawi, East Java, Friday (21/8). Farmers in the area admitted the minimization of rain and dry weather actually makes melon production increased by up to twice folded from 30 tons to 60 tons per hectare.
