The leader of the Corruption Empowerment Commission (KPK) Jimly Asshiddiqie (mid) followed an open interview in the presence of Panitia Selection (Pansel) Capim KPK, Jakarta, Tuesday (25/8). Former Chairman of the Constitutional Court confirmed that the KPK became a permanent institution with the legal basis of the KPK Law and Article 24 paragraph 3 of the Basic Act 1945.
