CIGARETTE HIKES UP

TULUNGAGUNG, 14/1 - CUKAI ROKOK NAIK. A number of cigarettes in the traditional cigarette industry "Mardi Jaya" in Waung Village, Boyolangu District, Tulungagung, East Java, Wednesday (14/1). The government started February 1st to apply the average new custom rate up by 7 percent. The government policy by raising the 7 percent rate of tobacco tax rate aims to control cigarette consumption and achieve the target of 2009 customs receipt of Rp. 48,2 trillion.
