NUSANTARA CULINARY FESTIVAL
Participants enter the meat into the 'timeo' to be used as a laceng, when the Culinary Festival in Padang, West Sumatra, Saturday (5/9). The festival showcases a number of nusantara cuisines such as soto, sate from various regions in Indonesia and specially-made lacengs from all villages in the city, while introducing nusantara culinary to two days ahead.
