NUSANTARA CULINARY FESTIVAL
A number of participants stirring ‘timeo’ to be used as laceng, when the Archipelago Culinary Festival held in Padang, West Sumatra, Saturday (5/9). The festival showcases a number of nusantara cuisines such as soto, sate from various regions in Indonesia and specially-made lacengs from all villages in the city, while introducing nusantara culinary to two days ahead.
