KUHP DESIGN DISCUSSION

Jaksa Agung HM Prasetyo (mid) followed a working meeting with the Commission III DPR in the Parliament Complex Senayan, Jakarta, Monday (7/9). The meeting discussed the input of the Supreme Jaksa related to the draft of the Law of the Pidana Law, the anticipation of wiseness faces the suspected justice as well as the handling of cases that attract public attention.
