RULING DPD

Chairman of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) Irman Gusman attended the pronunciation of the Article of DPD by the Constitutional Court in the Constitutional Court (MK), Jakarta, Tuesday (22/9). In the trial MK decides four of 18 articles in the MD3 Law which is problematic DPD is defeated and other thirteens were rejected and 1 article is considered blurred (Libel liquid).
