Former Minister of ESDM Jero Wacik undergoes a premier hearing with the climbing agenda in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (22/9). Jero Wacik was charged with three criminal acts, which passed the Minister’s Operational Fund when serving the Minister for Rp8,4 billion, performing a hardening to a number of parties of Rp10,5 billion and received a gratification of Rp349 million for his birthday fee while serving the Minister of ESDM.
