FIRST HEARING JERO WACIK

Former Minister of ESDM Jero Wacik left the room as the first session with the agenda of the activation in the Court of Tipikor, Jakarta, Tuesday (22/9). Jero Wacik was charged with three criminal acts, which passed the Minister’s Operational Fund when serving the Minister for Rp8,4 billion, performing a hardening to a number of parties of Rp10,5 billion and received a gratification of Rp349 million for his birthday fee while serving the Minister of ESDM.
