REGISTER REOG TO UNESCO

Participants play the art of reog dance at the evening closure of the National Reog Festival XII in Ponorogo square, East Java, Tuesday (13/10) night. The national reog community plans to register the art of Reog Ponorogo as the world cultural heritage (world culture heritage) to Unesco, with the aim to get recognition while encouraging the preservation of the reog tradition that has spread to various regional warriors in Indonesia and several neighbors.
