RITUAL SESAJI MOUNTAIN KELUD

A woman is guided in the procession of ritual sesaji to the slope of Kelud mountains in Sugihwaras Village, Kediri Regency, East Java, Saturday (24/10). The sesaji ritual that was held once a year in Suro (Javanese) as a symbolization of wujutan’s gratitude to the existence of Mount Kelud that provides fertility and prosperity to the surrounding community.
