FOOD QUALITY INDICATOR LABEL
Researcher of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology IPB shows the label indicator color detecting the damage of meat and fish processing products at the IPB Dramaga Campus, Bogor, Jabar, Wednesday (28/10). Color detecting labels made of soy flour, tapioca flour, liquid milk and other materials are used as meat and fish quality gauges as well as processed products with three color change indicators so that it can determine the quality of meat and processed products before consumption.
