DANCE KATREJI OF SHYKU

A number of dancers show Katreji dances from Maluku province in Melanesia cultural festivals in Kupang, NTT Wednesday (28/10) night. The dance of Katreji is a cultural dance from Portuguese and Dutch that tells about the village of Maluku people who are usually held in the country/village events relating to the ceremony of the cultivation of King/Head of the Village, or at the friendly occasions of the villagers of the country/village with the honorary guests present in his country/village.
