FARMERS' ACTION AGAINST WASTE

A number of farmers grow rice with protective clothes in rice fields affected by the waste of toxic hazardous materials (B3) textile industry in Linggar Village, Rancaek, Bandung Regency, West Java, Wednesday (23/12). The action is carried out by Koalisi Fighting Waste with farmers around which aims to request the insured of the answers related to the Liquid Waste Disposal License (IPLC) conducted by 3 textile factories since 2004 to 2015 and has resulted in environmental losses both air and water for affected residents.
