The Mayor of Banda Aceh Illiza Sa'aduddin Djamal (mid) participated in students and Muslim activists who held an action of rejecting Valentine's Day in Banda Aceh, Aceh, Saturday (13/2). Around 10,000 junior high school students in Banda Aceh held a synchronous action at four locations to reject Valentine’s day celebrations and support the harmonize with regional leadership that prohibits citizens to celebrate the day contrary to the culture and religion of islam.
