Ten citizens do orasi while burning used tires to close access to the Water Power Plant (PLTA) Lake Singkarak, in Jorong Padang Laweh, Nagari Padang Laweh Malalo, South Batipuah District, Flat Land District, West Sumatra, Sunday (14/2). The guiding access of PLTA as a form of protest to PLN Rayon Kota Padang Long due to the frequent occurrence of electrical outages that are considered to harm citizens.
