The Governor of East Java Soekarwo (second right) accompanied by the wife of Nina Soekarwo (right) blamed Bupati/Wakil Bupati and Wali City/Wakil Wali selected city inaugurated the first wave in Grahadi Building, Surabaya, East Java, Wednesday (17/2).
