Couple Wali City/Wakil Wali City Surabaya selected Tri Rismaharini (center) and Wisnu Sakti Buana (second right) were smiled with a number of other selected bupatis/wakils when following the second waves in Grahadi Building, Surabaya, East Java, Wednesday (17/2). The Governor of Jatim melantic 17 regional heads namely 12 Bupati/Wakil Bupati and three pairs of Wali City/Wakil Wali City was selected on the Pilkada in the opposite 9 December 2015.
