Komandan Lanal Tanjung Balai Asahan Letkol Laut (P) Teguh Prasetya (second right) along his teachings secured a ship nahkoda along the illegal miras in the Waters of Kuala Bagan Asahan, North Sumatra, Sunday (21/2).
