President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (standing) accompanied by Vice President Jusuf Kalla (3R) and number of ministers from Indonesia Bersatu cabinet deliver a speech to welcome the start of the legislative open campaign 2009 in the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday (16/3). President said in this year of 2009 Indonesia democratic system will be tested again and it's Indonesia's time to prove to the world that Indonesia has become mature democratic country.
