TAX AMNESTY LEGISLATION

The Secretary of the National Safe Party, Eddy Soeparno (right) spoke on the Drafting discussion of Tax Amnesty Acts (RUUTA) in Jakarta, Tuesday (8/3). According to Eddy, the treatment of tax amnesty is expected to withdraw the tax mandatory funds "parked" abroad and potentially increase the required amount of new taxes.
