Members of Sabhara lined when the inauguration of the West Sumatra Mapolda Building (Sumbar) in Padang, Wednesday (16/3). The 6 half floor building designed earthquake resistant to 9 Richter Scales and also serves as a tsunami shelter, officially used with a total of Rp 161 billion development budget.
