TRADITIONAL FISHERMEN

A number of fishers fix his boat in Tuban, East Java, Tuesday (29/3). The Whole Indonesia Nelayan Association expects the Government to equip traditional fishermen with knowledge about the boundaries of the aquatic region and the use of navigation equipment such as Global Positioning System (GPS) to find out their position when applying to minimize arrest by other state apparatus.
