Panglima Komando Armada RI East Area (Pangarmatim) Laksamana Muda TNI Darwanto (left) handed the flag of the Lantamal VIII Pataka Samapta Rumeksa on the Komandan Lantamal (Danlantamal) VIII Manado new Manado, the First TNI Suselo (right) when the ceremony was given the title Danlantamal VIII Manado on the Koarmatim Dermaga, Ujung, Surabaya, East Java, Thursday (7/4).
