EARLY RICE HARVEST 2016 INCREASED

Farmer harvested rice using harvester machine in one of the rice fields in Blitar City, East Java, Wednesday (20/4). The Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture’s Data and Information Center stated, rice harvest since March 2016 increased by about 20 percent to 3.9 million tons of dry giling (gkg) or equivalent to 19,5 million tons of rice compared to the same period in 2015.
