ISLAND RECLAIMER MORATORIUM

The Ministry of Environment and Forestry officers installed the temporary delivery plang (moratorium) in G Island, Jakarta, Wednesday (11/5). KLHK issued a decree of SK 355/Menlhk/Setjen/Kum.9/5/2016 which decided the assessment of administrative proceedings in the form of termination while the entire development activity on the island of C, D and G in the Gulf of Jakarta because it has been assessed to violate the rules of Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL).
