KANCIL MURDER HEARING

The head of the village of Selok Awar-Awar Lumajang (non active) Hariyono (left) and other charged Mat Dasir (right) undergoes an advanced hearing case of Lumajang sand mine in the State Court (PN) Surabaya, East Java, Thursday (19/5). Hariyono and Mat Dasir was demanded for a lifetime penalty because it violates the article 340 KUH Pidana juncto 55 and 170 verses 2, namely deliberately conducting murders planning to activists of the Lumajang sand mine, Salim Kancil.
