A number of tourists see the remaining statues of 8 Years of Lapindo’s Mud Smelting in the mud retaining area in Porong, Sidoarjo, East Java, Saturday (28/5). Ten years after sludge smelting occurs, the compensation payment of the affected citizens from the mud has not been entirely due, although Lapindo has issued funds worth Rp8 trillion and received loans from the government worth Rp781 billion.
