KEDIRI, 14/4 - SURPLUS SELIH PADI. Four peers plant rice seeds in Mojoroto, Kediri, East Java, Tuesday (14/4). In addition to experiencing rice surplus over 2 million tons, East Java also experiencing rice seed surplus. From January-Maret 2009, the amount of seed surplus reached 5.709,340 tons.
