ENDEMIK PAPUA ANIMAL RELEASE

A officer checked several twisted lungs before released into habitats in Taman Wisata Alam Sorong Kilometer 14, Kota Sorong, West Papua, Sunday (12/6). The Environment Agency (BLH) Sorong City along the Great Hall Conservation of Natural Resources (BBKSDA) released 11 Papuan endemic animals consisting of six Black Head Red Nuri tails (Lorius lory), a Black Nuri Nuri (Chalcopsitta atra), a King’s Brother (Probosciger aterrimus), a Boyan Jantan (Electus roratus), a Beo Irian (Mino dumontii), and two Yellow Round Brothers (Caca galarita triton) who previously lived six months.
