JUDGE MK TOLAK SEVEN PUU

The Constitutional Court (MK) Judgmented by Arief Hidayat (leftthree) read the seven-pieces of PUU in the MK Building Session, Jakarta, Thursday (14/7). In the ruling of the MK Judgment rejects the entire law testing lawsuit, the PUU includes the Money Washing Act, the Corruption Pidana Corruption Act, Public Justice Law, Tax Billing Law, Labor Law, Papuan Special Autonomy Law, and KUHAP.
