INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL

Visitors tried to fly the participants from Thailand when Surabaya International Kite Festival 2016 in Surabaya, East Java, Sunday (24/7). The festival attended 125 participants from 19 regions in Indonesia and four countries, namely China, Malaysia, Hongkong, and Thailand was held in order to hunt for Preparatory Committee (Prepcom) 3 for Habitat III.
