A participant is under the Pope’s layang-layang in “Surabaya International Kite Festival 2016” in Surabaya, East Java, Sunday (24/7). The festival followed by about 125 participants from 19 regions in Indonesia and four countries including China, Malaysia, Hongkong, and Thailand in order to nurtur Preparatory Committee (Prepcom) 3 for Habitat III.
