Minister of ESDM Sudirman Said (mid) responded to the question of the member of the Commission VII during the work meeting at the Parliament Complex Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (26/7). The meeting discussed the follow-up of the BPK’s examination of LKPP 2015, by imposeing the provisions of ‘prevailing’ or following the provision of taxation applicable by securing 53 Coal Mining Entrepreneurship Agreement (PKP2B).
