RECLAIM PERMIT GUARANTOR

A number of appointments combined in the Alliance of Merge Coast (ASP) held a dispute resolution of Losari Center Poin of Indonesia Reclamation (CPI) in the State Business Court (PTUN) Makassar, South Sulawesi, Thursday (28/7). PTUN’s judge assembly rejects the CPI’s reclaim permit group at Losari Beach submitted by Wahana Environment Indonesia, where the CPI development does not damage the sea based on the description of a number of experts who convey the opinion in the trial.
