A citizen stood in the background of the Three-338 Island Shell Boat on Tegalkamulyan Beach, Cilacap, Jateng, Tuesday (2/8). The bad weather is accompanied by high waves reaching six meters on Monday (1/8) causing the anchor of the 338 Island barges that transports 10,000 tons of coal it breaks and ships experiencing the tide.
