MK LACTATING LAWSUITS

The Chairman of the Council of Judges MK Arief Hidayat (mid) accompanied by the Member of Judg MK led the trial of the test of the Act No.26 Year 2000 concerning the Human Court regarding the human rights violation of 1998, in the MK Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (23/8). Judg MK decides to reject the entire application of the test of the UU material because it is considered there is no issue of discrimnative in the Law of the Human Court such as being sued by the Family of the Corban Kerusuhan May 1998.
