EXPERT WITNESS FOR PERMISSION AND LGBT UU MATERIAL

Expert witness consisting of UNPAD Law Expert Alip Latipulhayat (right), Pakar Law Tata State UI Hamid Chalid (mid) and Chairman of KPAI Asrorun Niam (left) became expert witness in the trial of the provisional article test including LGBT, in the MK Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (23/8). The reaction of the opinion that the deed of zina or sex of marriage will result in the destruction of social problems in society including also the child born from the relationship beyond the diluar will be difficult to obtain the rights of citizenship, while regarding LGBT, the witness of the opinion does not comply with the laws and cultural and religious norms in Indonesia.
