The Minister of State Aparatur Empowerment and Bureaucracy Reform (Charging RB) Asman Abnur (right) along the Governor of Jabar Ahmad Heryawan (left) gave a description to the congregation of the Government's Accounting Evaluation Excitation (AKIP) and Evaluation of the Implementation of the Bureaucracy Reform of Jabar 2016 in Bandung, West Java, Friday (26/8). Remaining RB Asman Abnur explained from 4.5 million State Civil Aparatur (ASN) in Indonesia is only 40 percent ASN that has special expertise, while 60 percent other has administrative capabilities.
