TEST HEARING MATERIAL UU PILKADA

Members of the Commission III DPR Sufmi Dasco Ahmad went to the podium to read the DPR’s statement on the test trial of the UU Pilkada in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Monday (5/9). The material testing session of Article 70 (3) Law No. 10 of 2016 concerning Pilkada regarding the cuti during the campaign period submitted by the Governor of DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or Ahok are accredited to the description of the DPR and the Government.
